Our pantries are healthy produce and other perishable items that are moved from grocery stores to kitchen table within 24 hours of receipt from the stores.

Food is distributed to clients in pre-packed boxes or through a farmers market-style distribution where clients choose to take what they need.

You and your family are invited to join us for a free meal and fellowship at local outreach programs and churches.

The BackPack Program is provided through our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina and area churches.

    Second Harvest Food Bank We provide a regional distribution warehouse and branches that supply food and grocery items to charitable agencies that assist people in need. We provide training, technical assistance and hunger education to our partner agencies.

  • Empty Stocking Fund/Adopt a Family

    The Family Adoption Program is designed to help those that are in the most critical need this holiday season.
    If you would like to adopt a family for Christmas, please contact Lorie Williams at 704-490-4245.

    The Utility Assistance Program provides utility assistance through financial donations.

  • CCM Staff at Habitat for Humanity Home Build for Jenni Lee

    CCM Staff spent the morning volunteering with Habitat for Humanity during their “Building on Faith” campaign.  The house we worked on is being built for one of CCMs Teaching Housing Residents, Jenni Lee, who is also a graduate of our Mothers and Children Housing Ministry.  In 2016, Jenni entered the Habitat Cabarrus homeownership program and her house is expected to be complete before the end of this year.

  • Cards For A Cause Fundraiser for the MaC

     Usborne is offering a Cards for a Cause fundraising opportunity. This fundraiser sells 30 beautiful handmade cards in decorative boxes at a cost of $30.00 per box. The Mothers and Children House will profit 40% from each box sold. There are four different types of card boxes that are offered: All Occasions Box #1, All Occasions Box #2, Thanks & Blanks, and Kids Birthday Box.
