Housing Program Coordinator

Are you passionate about serving single mothers and helping them achieve self-sufficiency? We aim to serve women from crisis to restoration! Cooperative Christian Ministry is seeking a compassionate and driven Housing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing support to single mothers in transitional housing, helping them set and achieve personal goals, and connecting them with resources to promote independence. The ideal candidate will have a heart to serve, strong interpersonal skills, basic administrative abilities, and a desire to make a meaningful difference by showcasing the love of Jesus Christ.

The housing program coordinator, under the guidance of the Housing Program manager, supervises a residential instructional program that provides safe housing and developmental opportunities for homeless single mothers and their children so that they may establish the resources to move to stable housing. The position is responsible for supervision and administration, as well as coordinating all of its functions and services within CCM’s Housing Programs. Responsibilities include implementation of CCM’s Policies and Housing Procedures.
