Only a photo ID is required – however, additional USDA assistance is provided only to Cabarrus county residents.

CCM is able to offer financial assistance for those in need with a past due utility bill, past due rent / mortgage, and life sustaining medication. You can complete an application online by returning to our homepage.

CCM provides means for families experiencing a housing crisis to regain stability and re-establish independence in their lives. Please note our housing programs are NOT emergency shelters. We currently serve families in the Cabarrus and southern Rowan county areas.
