Assistance from our food pantries is given on a first-come, first-served basis to residents of Cabarrus County and all of Kannapolis (satellite pantries serve only smaller parts of that area).  No appointments or referrals are needed. No documentation is required. Pantry workers may request an ID for information purposes, but it is not required.

Financial Services (Help with Rent or Utilities)

Empowering our community, CCM offers crucial assistance to Cabarrus County and Kannapolis City residents, lessening the burden of overdue rent and utility bills through generous donations.

Housing

CCM provides means for families experiencing a housing crisis to regain stability and re-establish independence in their lives. Our housing program gives families in crisis a safe place to rebuild their independence. Through personalized coaching and support, we equip them with the tools they need to regain stability and move forward with confidence.
