Senior Care & Share Shoeboxes
Many seniors live on fixed incomes. A Senior Care & Share Shoebox spreads holiday cheer to someone who may not have much to look forward to this time of the year. The deadline to drop off Senior Shoeboxes to CCM will be Friday, December 4, 2026. This will allow us to deliver them in time for Christmas. Thank you for partnering with CCM to serve the community this holiday season!
Drop-Off Instructions:
CCM’s Crisis Center is located at 246 Country Club Dr in Concord. Drop-off hours are Monday – Friday 10am – 1pm or by appointment.
