CCM’s Crisis Assistance Programs impact people in Cabarrus and southern Rowan counties from all ages, neighborhoods and walks of life. This 2025 New Horizon Strategic Plan focuses on five goals to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes for these populations and priority areas:

We will continue to meet with families to address financial crisis head-on in order to keep families together and in their homes. Today we are telling you that we are realigning our programs and services to be more proactive in addressing the needs of these populations to prevent crisis and ensure a better future. We see every member of our community with the opportunity to discover their purpose and experience the fulfilment God intends for their lives!
